- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, property address and notes about your yard.
- Service records: appointments, quotes, invoices and payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Message records: texts and emails we send or receive, and your text-message consent (the wording you agreed to, date and time, page, IP address and browser).
- Basic website analytics, if enabled (such as pages viewed and how you reached us), including campaign (UTM) parameters.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests, schedule and perform work, send invoices and collect payment.
- To send appointment reminders and service messages by email or text, where you have agreed to texts.
- To improve our website and measure which services people ask about.
Text messages and mobile numbers
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to message you about your own service. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example payment processing, email and text delivery, hosting and analytics), when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed for service, tax and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages.
