Program description
Oak Summit Lawn & Landscape sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages include responses to quote requests, appointment confirmations and day-before reminders, scheduling changes (such as rain delays), invoice and payment links, and occasional requests for a review of completed work.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked box on our website quote form, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to texts in person or by phone. The consent wording on the form is:
Yes, text me about my quote request, appointment reminders and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We never share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your service. Most customers receive a few messages per visit, and no more than about 8 per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or call 770-548-6147 or email oaksummitlandscape@gmail.com.
- Opting out of texts does not cancel your service; we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Privacy and no sharing
We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely to send them. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers and availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers. Messages are sent only to US numbers.
